Mobile Assistant, Inc. (Mobile Assistant) has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Mobile Assistant takes the protection of your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you share seriously. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Mobile Assistant, Inc. uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its clients and clients of its website and mobile applications. Mobile Assistant reserves the right to change this policy at any time. By entering the Mobile Assistant website or downloading the applications, you are accepting all of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This website and applications are not directed at children under the age of 13.
Information We Collect
Mobile Assistant may request or collect personal information from clients in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering services, and other instances where clients are invited to volunteer such information. The information we collect is personal information that identifies you which may include information such as your name, E-mail address, and telephone numbers.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Mobile Assistant may also collect information about how clients access the Website using a tracking ID unique to each client through the use of cookies. Log Files
Like most standard Websites, we use log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track client’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. However, none of the information stored in our log files, including but not limited to IP addresses, is linked to personally identifiable information.
Use and Disclosure of Information
Mobile Assistant may use the personally identifiable information collected to contact clients regarding products and services offered by Mobile Assistant. We may also use this information for research purposes regarding the effectiveness of our Website and applications’ services and marketing, advertising and sales efforts. Mobile Assistant will not in any way share this information with a third party either for free or by selling it unless you specifically authorize such disclosures.
Mobile Assistant may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Clients to investors and potential partners. In such cases, statistical information only will be disclosed and personally identifiable data will be kept strictly confidential. In case Mobile Assistant is sold, the information collected from clients may be transferred to the new owners.
Mobile Assistant may from time to time engage third parties, including its own subsidiaries and affiliated companies, to preserve, analyze or otherwise store or manipulate data received by Mobile Assistant from its clients. In all such cases, such third party service providers will be required to treat all such data with the same degree of care as Mobile Assistant and they will be prohibited from disclosing such data to any other person or party, except as otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy.
In the course of using the service, information dictated by a Subscriber and, where applicable, a Subscriber’s contact, including their respective email data, must be disclosed in order to provide the service. However, for all other purposes, this information will be treated as confidential and protected under our Privacy Policy.
Mobile Assistant will only disclose personally identifiable data to third parties when: (a) you give us permission to do so; (b) we are required to do so by law, government regulation, or court order; (c) your employer or affiliated organization, as part of a contractual obligation or to assist with industry compliance, requires us to do so; and/or (d) you utilize a feature of the service which requires the disclosure of certain personally identifiable data, such as sending emails on your behalf.
Service Announcements
On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement if, for instance, our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance. These communications are not promotional in nature.
Maintenance of Information
The information provided to Mobile Assistant is saved indefinitely and may be stored on one or more databases directly or indirectly maintained by Mobile Assistant. Mobile Assistant employs industry standard security measures to protect the confidentiality of the information. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur; we make every effort to prevent such occurrences. Any other particularly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers collected for Subscription to Mobile Assistant is not stored by Mobile Assistant, and is processed using a third party payment management service, Authorize.net which has a Privacy policy that can be viewed here: https://www.authorize.net/about-us/privacy/.
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
If a customer’s account remains inactive for a specified period, or a customer requests for a deletion of their data, we may initiate the deletion of their data as outlined in our Inactivity Policy. The specific inactivity period and deletion procedures are detailed in that policy.
A. Verification
Before processing a customer’s data deletion request, we will verify the identity of the requestor to prevent unauthorized data deletion. The verification process may require customers to provide additional information to confirm their identity.
B. Deletion Procedures
Upon successful verification, we will proceed with the deletion of the customer’s data from our servers and backup systems. This process will be completed as soon as technically feasible, and we will send a confirmation once the data has been deleted.
C. Exception
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain customer data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. In such cases, we will inform the customer of the reasons for retention and the duration.
Confidentiality, Security, and Spam

Mobile Assistant will never sell to, provide or allow any third party use of a Subscriber’s email addresses or telephone numbers without the Subscriber’s permission. We will utilize a Subscriber’s email addresses or telephone numbers solely for purposes of customer service and to provide information to Subscribers about Mobile Assistant’s services or offerings.
Mobile Assistant employs a security program based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 27001 standard (ISO/IEC 27001:2013). Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. All access is provisioned, logged, and monitored for ongoing protection.
Responsibility for Your Login Information
You are responsible for the security of your login information. Make sure you keep it in a safe place and do not share it with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information. You should take this precaution even if you are not using a public computer, such as at a library or internet cafe, but even when using your private computer in your home.
