A professional transcriptionist at Mobile Assistant will type your message to ensure over 99% accuracy, and once completed your data will also be automatically synced to your Redtail CRM’s contact records.

- Use MA dictation templates to capture and organize your meeting notes and activities

- Sign up for a Mobile Assistant account – To create a Mobile Assistant account, simply click on the Free Trial button inside the Mobile Assistant Messages box on the bottom of your Redtail Today page. Please call, email or chat with us if you don’t see this button. You can even use the chatbot found in the lower right corner of the Mobile Assistant website.
- Begin using your Mobile Assistant account. Quick and easy instructions can be found here. Within hours, your first message will be delivered to your email Inbox and delivered directly into your client’s contact record.
