By using Mobile Assistant services, you are accepting all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Mobile Assistant reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Information We Collect
Mobile Assistant may request or collect personal information from clients in a variety of ways through online forms for ordering services, and other instances where clients are invited to volunteer such information. The information we collect is personal information that identifies you, which may include information such as your name, e-mail(s), telephone number(s), credit card and billing information.
You must have an active Mobile Assistant account before you can use Mobile Assistant services. When you register for an account, we collect your first and last name, e-mail(s) and phone number(s).
If you make a payment to Mobile Assistant, we require you to provide your credit card and billing details.
We keep the data that you provide until you delete it from your account. You can request at any time for Mobile Assistant to close/delete it for you. We offer users the ability to edit/modify/delete all the data that is there in our system. You can ask us to stop using any or all personal data. Additionally, you may request a copy of all your personal data that you have provided us to build your profile.
Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to Mobile Assistant, by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or registering for a 30-day trial, you remain anonymous to Mobile Assistant. In order to begin using Mobile Assistant services and create a trial account you will be required to provide Mobile Assistant with your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Cookies come in two types: Session and Persistent.
Session cookies are temporary cookies that exist only during an online session and are not stored on your computer or mobile device. They are used as part of the login, authentication and session management. Mobile Assistant uses Session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows Mobile Assistant to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you have logged in and are required in order to use the Mobile Assistant mobile application. Certain session cookies are also used to understand, for example, if a user interacting with our company website is a new visitor or a visitor returning as part of the same browsing session. These session cookies are erased when you close your browser, or after extended inactivity.
Persistent cookies are those placed on your computer or mobile device for a pre-determined length of time when you visit our site. Persistent cookies may be used by Mobile Assistant to store bits of information on your computer, for example, whether you want your password remembered or not. Mobile Assistant may also use persistent cookies for online advertising purposes as described below. Cookies used on the Mobile Assistant Website do not contain personally identifiable information (PII).
We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. They are used, for reasons including, for example, to store user preferences, understand through Analytics tools what areas of our websites and mobile applications are most popular and how customers and visitors engage with them as well as storing user preference data such as filters for various functions within the software.
How we use your information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience (it helps us to better understand and respond to your individual needs).
- To improve customer service (it helps us to more effectively respond to your requests and support needs).
- To process transactions with associated account.
- The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do you use my audio materials?
How can I be certain that my audio materials are secure on your server?
Our server is SSL-encrypted. You will note when you receive your automated emails concerning completion of your files that the transcripts are encrypted utilizing Transport Layer Security (TLS) Encryption Protocol to all clients who have this protocol available. This is automatically done by our server for your protection. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to safeguard your personal information when you place an order. Our server is SSL-encrypted. SSL means “Secure Socket Layer.”
All supplied sensitive/credit information is also transmitted via SSL technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
Disclosure of Your Information
Mobile Assistant will never sell, license or rent personally identifiable data to a third party without the Subscriber’s permission. Mobile Assistant policy expressly forbids employees, associates, contractors or any other person who comes into contact with personal Subscriber information or data from disclosing it to any other person except as provided in the Necessary Disclosure section, described below.
Mobile Assistant may use the PII collected to contact clients regarding products and services offered by Mobile Assistant. We may also use this information for research purposes regarding the effectiveness of our services and marketing, advertising and sales efforts. Mobile Assistant will not in any way share this information with a third party either for free or by selling it, unless you specifically authorize such disclosures.
Mobile Assistant may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Clients to investors and potential partners. In such cases, statistical information only will be disclosed and personally identifiable data will be kept strictly confidential. In the case Mobile Assistant is sold, the information collected from clients may be transferred to the new owners.
Mobile Assistant will only disclose personally identifiable data to third parties when: (a) you give us permission to do so; (b) we are required to do so by law, government regulation, or court order; (c) your employer or affiliated organization, as part of a contractual obligation or to assist with industry compliance, requires us to do so; and/or (d) you utilize a feature of the service which requires the disclosure of certain personally identifiable data, such as sending emails on your behalf.
Data Controller and Data Processor
The Subscriber is the data controller under GDPR, meaning that such party controls the manner in which PII is collected and used as well as the determination of the purposes and means of the processing of such data.
Maintenance of Information
Can I view and edit my personal information?
Yes. You can log into your account, view any files, and edit your personal information at any time. Your Mobile Assistant account belongs to YOU, and you have every right to edit your personal information. You may also change your email(s) or password at any time.
Responsibility for Your Login Information
You are responsible for the security of your login information. Make sure you keep it in a safe place and do not share it with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information. You should take this precaution even if you are not using a public computer, such as at a library or internet cafe, but even when using your private computer.
Opt-Out / Corrections
Should you ever receive anything other than an automated email regarding your transcripts or an email from management concerning any questions we may have about your account, please contact email@example.com and ask to be removed from our mailing list. Should you receive any type of solicitation or non-work-related emails after asking us to remove you from our mailing list, again, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take immediate action.

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Mobile Assistant does not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information or non-Personal Information from persons under 18 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use or access our services at any time or in any manner. If Mobile Assistant learns that Personal Information of persons under 18 years of age has been collected on the website without verified parental consent, then Mobile Assistant will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
