Mobile Assistant will never sell, license or rent personally identifiable data to a third party without our Client’s permission. Mobile Assistant employees sign Confidentiality statements prohibiting the communication of information to any other person or third party.
Privacy & Security:
All dictation by Mobile Assistant Clients will be transcribed by trained personnel who have completed the necessary training and documentation necessary to assure that the privacy of all dictation is upheld to the highest level of professionalism.The documentation is on file at Mobile Assistant’s office in Dubuque, Iowa and includes signed confidentiality, privacy and home based agreements.
Mobile Assistant, hereby states and affirms that it is HIPAA compliant and meets the highest standards for security in the industry. Mobile Assistant’s Clients can be assured that measures are in place to protect the security of the data communicated to/from Mobile Assistant.

”¢ Access to the Mobile Assistant servers is restricted by VPN access.
”¢ Client information and report data stored at the secure Mobile Assistant database.
Clients are responsible for the security of his/her login information. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information.
Mobile Assistant will never disclose Client’s email addresses or telephone numbers without the Client’s permission. We will utilize a Client’s email addresses or telephone numbers solely for purposes of transmitting transcribed dictation and to provide information to Clients about Mobile Assistant services or offerings.
